Dragon 2 is a class of partly multiple-use spacecraft created and manufactured by American aerospace supplier SpaceX as the follower to Dragon 1, a partially reusable freight spacecraft. There are 2 variations: Staff Dragon, a spacecraft qualified of transporting approximately seven astronauts, and also Cargo Dragon, an upgraded replacement for the initial Dragon spacecraft. The spacecraft launches atop a Falcon 9 Block 5 rocket and returns to Planet through a sea splashdown. Unlike its precursor, the spacecraft can autonomously dock to the International Spaceport Station (ISS) as opposed to being berthed. The spacecrate contains a reuseable room capsule and also an expendable trunk component.
