Capcom: Sales to Resident Evil 2/3/7, Monster Hunter World and Meh

Capcom has published updated sales in the course of the latest annual report. Among other things, the latest games listed, which have all been able to grow since the end of 2020.

This applies among other things to "Monster Hunter World: Iceborne", which came to the market in September 2019 for PS4 and Xbox One. The title took 7.7 million customers so far. Since 31 December 2020, 500,000 copies sold have been added.

RE7 towards 10 million

Even more successful, the beginning of 2017 was published "Resident Evil 7". Nine million sales are the horror title now. Also in this game has been added by 500,000 copies since the end of 2020.

Both games were placed in the shadows of "Monster Hunter: World". At 17.1 million sales comes the blockbuster. In the first months of the new year, 300,000 copies were added.

"Resident Evil 2" and "Resident Evil 3" so far found 8.1 and 4 million customers. At the first game, 300,000 additional copies came since 31 December 2020. The successor achieved an increase of 400,000 sales.

Also with "Street Fighter 5" Capcom was able to celebrate successes. The prürs published for PS4 and PC is at a sales number of 5.5 million copies - since the end of 2020, an increase of 300,000 sales. In the case of "Devil May Cry 5" there are 4.3 million remote games - with an increase of 200,000 sales this year.

With the new annual report also found "Monster Hunter Rise" on Capcom's list of platinum titles that performs the game with 4.8 million units sold.
