As a taskbar, start bar, taskbar or screen bar, a portion of the desktop of graphic surfaces is called. Your main task is to start programs and switch between open and minimized windows.

To do this, click in the SettingsApp to the item Accounts and select Family and other users . Under Other users can now be added another account. In the window opening you need to select that you do not own these credentials. In another query, you must then select Users without Microsoft Account and a local user can be created without a Microsoft account. In the Account Options item, you can change the account types and make the local user for the administrator of this PC.

Windows shutdown

To accelerate the operation of the shutdown, you type in the search Registry Editor or Regedit . Now locate in the open window after the path Computer \ HKEY LOKAL MACHINE \ System \ CurrentControlSet \ Control . On the right side of the window, click WaitokillServiceTimeout . Now you can enter another value instead of the preset 5000 milliseconds. However, this should not be below 2000 because otherwise programs may not be terminated properly. Now you still have to tell the applications the new value by navigating to this Computer \ HKEY CURRENT USER \ ControlPanel \ Desktop path. In this path, three new strings must be created: First, in this folder path, click the right mouse button and the selection of new a new string must be created. This new value must have WaitokillappTimeout and have the same value as with WaitokillServiceTimeout . The second new string is created in the same path and listens to the title HungappTimeout . Again, the value must match WaTokillappTimeout and with WaitokillServiceTimeout . The third new string is called AutoendTasks and has the value 1.
