The Matrix Resurrections has a special surprise for Fannite fans
When looking at the resurrections of Matrix, Fortnite Fans can notice a familiar face. No, we do not refer to Fortnite star Keanu Reeves... We're talking about Donald Mustard! The creative director of Epic Games makes a cameo in the film, where he seems to have a much similar role to the current work of him. In a shared clip by Fortnite filter hyper, you can see Mustard discussing a possible overwhelming attack in the new Neo business place, while stating that the perpetrator is probably «Someone angry for the last update». The video lasts only six seconds in total, but it is a small funny wink for Fortnite amateur!

It's not surprising to see Donald Mustard making a cameo in the movie. After all, Epic Games has just launched Matrix awake: an experience of Unreal Engine 5 in PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S earlier this month. The experience is basically a technical demonstration with apparitions by Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss, but it is awesome and is also available completely free. The technical demonstration received a great focus of attention at The Game Awards, and it could be worth seeing it for the fanatics of The Matrix. In addition to that link, Emotes based on Matrix films are now available at Fortnite. Clearly, Epic Games is working overtime to promote the new movie!
This is not the first time that Mustard's position has given him the opportunity to appear in a very anticipated movie. The CCO also appeared as an extra in Ve gators final game, too. It was impossible to notice it in that movie, but the fans will find it much easier to see Mustard in the resurrections of Matrix, which is now in cinemas and in HBO Max.
Fortnite is currently available at PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, Nintendo Switch and PC. You can check all our previous game coverage here.
