Virtual YouTuber Group 'Holo Live' is on Steam
A horror game based on the horror projects conducted by the Japanese virtual YouTuber group Holo Live will be released on Steam this fall. It is a 'Hololive Error' based on the comics of the same name.
The Holo Live Error is a first-person horror game, based on the original story. The protagonist is an occult magazine journalist, who was influenced by his grandfather, who was a past journalist, and visited the village of Aogami, where eerie legends and related incidents occurred. Afterwards, he arrives at a mysterious school in various horror phenomena during the report, and illuminates the mysterious girl Misora Shino.
The grandfather mentioned earlier was mentioned in the existing Holo Live Error. It is a different story from the original, but there are parts that are connected to related works such as cartoons, so you can understand the game more deeply by enjoying other content. During the play, you have to explore the school, find items and important clues, and solve the mystery, and there is no means to fight the enemy.
The Holo Live Error was pre-sold in the official Holo Live online shop from July 18 to August 22, and will be released on Steam this fall. Following the pre-sales version, Steam does not support Korean, and only English and Japanese are supported.
